Police, scaffolding, orange traffic cones and heavy equipment all slowed traffic on Bloomfield Avenue yesterday as the final touches were put on Rascals Comedy Club in preparation for its grand opening in downtown Montclair. Comedian Greg Morton will entertain a VIP-only crowd tonight. The club is transplanted from West Orange.
