A man parked in the Crescent parking lot in Montclair was carjacked at gunpoint last weekend, shortly after midnight on Saturday, and forced to drive around for two hours before finally being released on the Garden State Parkway. Montclair resident Leon Devose, 21, of Orange Rd. was arrested and charged with kidnapping and carjacking. The Star-Ledger has the details.
