Montclair police have released this composite sketch of the assailant who raped a woman near the railroad tracks on Pine Street on Oct. 9. The assailant is described as a 5’9″ tall, 170 pound, 25-year-old medium-complexioned black man.

It took me three phone calls to the Police to even get this.
I still have not gotten my question answered if it the same man as the first rape where the young lady was taken by car to Newark
