Sure, Upper Mountain or Ridgewood Avenues have a certain cache, but only four dwellings in Baristaville can actually stake claim to living at the corner of:

This picture-pretty 1897 Victorian has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchen and wraparound porch. It’s also walking distance to the Walnut Street station. On the market for $960,000.

  1. thanks for the extra exposure of our listing at 94 Christopher street – great home – fireplace in the entrance ‘great’ hall; several others in the house; wrap around porch – original woodwork – and hardwood floors
This was a busy town in the late 1800’s
and I think this was one of Christopher Hinks’ home.

  2. Sadly, I can only pass through Christopher Street on my runs from my Bloomfield apartment up through Montclair.

Read that: “Drop a mere $960K and you can really save, year after year, by not having a second car!”

  4. Hmmmmm….has advertising slipped into the editorial content of Barista??
Are you going to be promoting the No Child Left Behind Act for $$ next?

  5. The advertising content sucks! please stop it.
But while we’re on the subject, Montclair also has the intersection of clinton and bush.

  6. Is it advertising or just a real-estate oddity? The BDs at the Watercooler certainly would have censored it..

  7. I always thought that this was a cool intersection, and that the Barista was cool for pointing it out.
