There is a simply georgeous house in Bloomfield for sale – 23 Fulton Street, (Ridgewood or Midland to Cartaret to Fulton) – 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, completely redone inside and out. huge kitchen, butlers pantry, tons of closet space. Asking $525,000. Open house is today (4/23) Can’t beat the taxes!
Thanks, Sharon!
Sure are alot of homes for sale right now. I don’t remember ever seeing so many open house signs on the weekends. Actually, I’m sure we haven’t seen this many houses for sale in NJ ever.. Well, perhaps the last time the real estate market crashed in the early 90’s.
Seems like sellers want out, but the buyers certainly don’t want in..
Caveat Emptor!

Houses for sale always spike in the spring. People want to move so they can be in a new place by the summer in time for kids to enter a new school in the fall. It’s usually a good time for the buyers too for the same reasons. Two houses on the street next to us went on sale about a month ago and both sold within 2 weeks.
I’m sure there are some who feel the housing prices are at a peak and want to get their profit out before they go down but there are people moving here from the city who think the prices are very affordable. So I think there will be no problem selling these houses.
