High school seniors wondering if they’ll be admitted to Bloomfield College in Fall 2007 can find instant gratification by getting down to the admissions office on January 4. The college is holding an “instant decision day” for students who show up with transcripts and SAT scores – and there’s no annoying application fee. They’ll tell applicants on the spot if they are in or not…9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Office of Enrollment Management and Admission, 1 Park Place in Bloomfield. For more information, call (973) 748-9000 ext. 230 or e-mail: admission@bloomfield.edu.

  5. I recently attended a medical conference on the campus of Mc Donald’s University in Oak Brook, Illinois. Since I am a college teacher, I asked to tour the University facility; however, I was refused. English, hamburgers; what is the difference? (At least maybe I could have gotten a tee shirt.)
The campus is beautiful, wooded with a better than average chain hotel/lodge. And chipmunks, everywhere! I hope they were not going to be used for chipmunk tenders!
As for Bloomfield College, it serves a purpose and dutifully executes its mission. It is most heartening to see that it continues to grow.
