Remember the ecologically sustainable gingerbread house contest? I entered it. They said it had to be edible. Not palatable. And by the way, I’m a tactician, not a logician. Anyway, here are my first attempts – that’s not bacon sticking out what will become some kind of framework, those are sticks of cinnamon. I am trying to figure out how to make a geothermal pump and a pellet burning wood stove out of advil and nutella. Stay posted. This could be rich.

  1. Making something out of food that no one will, in fact, eat goes a long way to describe our modern notions of sustainability.

  2. We could host and entire doggie party with that house (although admittedly, the eating would take about 10 seconds).
