Justin Roberts is truly one of the “all-stars” of the indie family music scene. He logs thousands of miles on the road each year, leading some to call him the hardest working  man in children’s show business. With numerous national awards (including a Grammy nomination and six Parents’ Choice Gold awards) and critical recognition from the likes of the New  York Times who said of Roberts, “He has a remarkable ability to see through a child’s eyes… the Judy Blume of kiddie rock,” Justin Roberts and The Not Ready for Naptime Players have become favorites with kids and their parents. Haven’t heard of him? It’s only a matter of time.

Justin plays some more catchy tunes on his seventh album for families is Jungle Gym, and he’s recently authored a new picture book for children, to be published in 2013. Obsessed by Trucks is a great tune on the album. He’ll be making a stop at McCarter Theater in Princeton on May 12 and we have tickets to give away to one lucky family.
