MMO Programs, a non-profit pre-K and nursery school in Montclair will hold it’s annual Carnival after a super successful even last year. All the fun is back and this year, with raffle baskets and donated items, a focus on FUNDraising. There are some really great baskets and unique items.
The carnival will offer pony rides sponsored by Barista Kids, bouncy castles, games, raffles and great music by kids’ folk musician Deivis (Deivito) Garcia and a performance by Rick Deans & The Rainmakers, featuring MMO Dad John Poglinco. The band is comprised of parents who have performed through Parents Who Rock in town before. There will also be, always popular, face painting sponsored by Sparkles Dentistry and a big silk screen art project from StudioKids Art for everyone to join in.
All that fun makes a kid hungry, so there will be pizza and Woodpit BBQ for lunch and Red Mango will be whipping up fresh smoothies on the spot. Ella’s Kitchen organic baby and toddler food is also participating and will have those yummy fruit and veggie packets for sale.
Wendy Westock, the school’s director, says, “The whole community is invited to the carnival. This is a wonderful way to get as many parents involved as we can.”
