  1. Just noting that the $4.75 million house boasted a “finished” wine cellar. wine cellar. Why would anyone want to cellar finished wines? You could just keep the empties in the garage if they had sentimental value. Oh,well. I guess if you are going to pay $78K a year in property taxes, we could sell you anything…
