Kids of all ages painted pumpkins for the Montclair Center Pumpkin Painting Contest on South Park Street yesterday thanks to Montclair Center BID, Matarazzo Farms & Barista Kids.
It was a really fun community event. The Art Garage donated paint brushes, Montclair Center BID donated stickrs, paint adn treats, and the other businesses offered their storefront windows for displays, Lydia Fantozzi, Montclair BID Program Coordinator, ran the event with a smile.
We had the most difficult time choosing the winners, but managed to break it down to five and their inspired categories. Without further ado, here are the winners in the Montclair Center Pumpkin Painting Contest:
Most Creative & Unique Pumpkin: Lexi O’Reilly. Find her pumpkin at The Art Garage at 211 Glenridge Avenue.
Spookiest Pair: Malcolm and Anais King. Find their pumpkins at Amanti Vino at 30 Church Street.
Most Artistically Abstract: Olivia Keddy. Find her pumpkin at Nest & Company at 15 S Fullerton Avenue.
Best Ferocious Beast Pumpkin: Quinten Fallace. Find his pumpkin at Investor’s Bank at 536 Bloomfield Avenue.
Congratulations to the winners and to all the kids who entered. All the pumpkins are beautiful and Montclair Center store windows look great displaying your artwork. Winners should contact Lydia here to find out how to collect your goodie bag prizes.
