New Milford police say an Upper Montclair man threatened a group of people with a machete after being excluded from Thanksgiving festivities. Joseph Hoo, 48, was charged with unlawful weapons possession, terroristic threats and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, the Star Ledger reports.
