  1. Great choices, Georgette! I especially love OWL MOON, llve seeing that show up on these lists still! For some of the older readers, I’d also recommend BREADCRUMBS by Ann Ursu, it’s a clever take on the Show Queen. And for the really young set, I’d add in POLAR BEAR NIGHT & POLAR BEAR MORNING both written by Lauren Thompson and illustrated by Stephen Savage (he is one of my favorites)!
