What to do, what to do? It’s a super busy, mostly football-themed, weekend full of family events!

Go Huddle Up at the Montclair Public Library! Join the festivities in the Drills Corner, listen to football stories in the Play Book Station, then visit the End Zone and learn how to make paper footballs, pompoms, defense signs, and other fun football-themed arts and crafts. Dress in your favorite football team apparel! (Saturday, February 1)
Participate in a variety of hands-on sports activities—reaction time, stamina, heart rate, hand-eye coordination and agility—used to determine fitness at Newark Museum. (Saturday, February 1)
Celebrate your creative skills and join the MAM community for a fun-filled free family day. Participate in a day of exploration with many dynamic Museum-wide art activities. Enjoy art projects inspired by MAM’s 100th year anniversary. (Saturday, February 1)
Get a sitter and head to Tierney’s in Montclair on Saturday night for the annual Bullock School fundraiser Bands For Bullock. (If your kids are under 12, the Geyer Family Center is offering a Kids Night Out!) Hear three bands featuring Bullock parents rock out to benefit the school. $10 at the door. Live music from Whatserface, Client No. 9, and The Unmentionables (Saturday, February 1)
Go ice skating! There are tons of places to go locally and beyond. Or stay inside and go roller skating.
It is a Bank of America Museums on Us weekend, which means free admission for all cardholders. There are great museums participating for family fun. (Saturday, February 1) and (Sunday, February 2)
Take the kids to an indoor play space.
Take a Day Trip—we have so many places to choose from.
The family fun in our house is predicting when the next helicopter will fly overhead. Is anyone else sick and tired of the Super Bowl already?
