Beatlemania Again! performs at Morris Museum in Morristown on Friday night. The National Touring Beatles Stage Show celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Beatles debut on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964 and chronologically traces the Beatles’ career from Ed Sullivan to the psychedelic Sgt. Pepper era, to the final years of Abbey Road and Let It Be.

Also on Friday, the passion of Spanish Flamenco comes to the stage at the wonderfully intimate MONDO arts venue in quaint downtown Summit with acclaimed guitarist Pedro Cortes and his guest musicians and dancers in concert. Cortes comes from a family of Spanish Gypsy guitarists and began his studies with his father and the esteemed Flamenco guitarist Sabicas. Having toured professionally since the age of 17, he is gaining international recognition as a soloist and composer. The popular bi-monthly Flamenco Nights@MONDO concert event features a cast of accomplished music & dance guest artists as they celebrate this internationally popular music and dance genre from Spain.

Trumpets Jazz Club and Restaurant will feature Daniela Schachter on Saturday. Schacter moved from Sicily to the United States when she received a scholarship from the Berklee College of Music. All About Jazz calls her a “beautifully talented composer and pianist with an important touch and a suave mature voice.” The Washington Post describes her piano playing as “fluid improvisation with a soulful touch.” And La Gazzetta del Sud predicts that “she might be the new Diana Krall.”

A Few Small Repairs proved to be Colvin’s breakthrough album while her murder-ballad “Sunny Came Home” became a Top 10 hit and won her two of the Grammy Awards’ biggest honors: Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
