From the first time they played “Dixie Chicken” nearly 35 years ago, renowned Little Feat guitar players Paul Barrère and Fred Tackett have been making legendary music. Following spectacular careers leading Little Feat, and playing with artists like Bonnie Raitt, Bob Dylan and Taj Mahal, these two guitar virtuosos are together again. Now an acoustic duo, they bring a rare opportunity for audiences to savor songs from the Little Feat catalogue and much more, all with their distinctly different artistic stamp.

Opening for this show will be Patrick Dyer Wolf, originally from Cedar Grove, who now resides in New York City. The front-man for the band Goodnight, Texas, will perform a solo-set to open this show.

  2. I don’t think I’ve heard them play acoustic. hubby and I would love to go- please pick us!

  3. I saw Captain Beefheart at Town Hall in about ’72 and Little Feat in Chicago sometime after that. I can’t remember more than three chords from either concert. I want to take my moderately adult son to hear these two guys; he loves blues and jazz. As for me, I hope it will re-fire my memory.
