montclair center gateway 2The Township of Montclair will host a public workshop meeting to discuss the Montclair Center Gateway Phase 2 Redevelopment Plan. The workshop will be held Thursday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 205 Claremont Avenue.

The properties included in the Montclair Center Phase 2 Redevelopment Plan are shown in blue on the map. Township planning consultant Paul Phillips will present preliminary concepts for the plan and members of the public will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments and suggestions.

  2. I’m with you, Frank. I put the meeting in my calendar, but I feel as though this is already a fait accompli, or fatto compiuto, so I’m less inclined to want to bother. But I guess we need to go and hear how the town is being transformed into a vibrant White Plains II.

  3. I thought Montclair Acquisition Partners was announcing the hotel corporation & brand for Centro Verde by today?

    I see on the PB agenda that Pinnacle has requested a special meeting of the Planning Board on 5/19. I thought MAP was the developer of record (now majority owned by LCOR).

  4. …and what happened to the historic preservation consultant Barton Ross? He was a conserned and correct professional? He’s gone!
