
Thanks to Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., Brookdale Park has a new 18 station fitness course.
If you haven’t tried it out yet, local personal trainers, Victor Perrotta and Patty Aicher, are offering a free introduction fitness class this Saturday, September 13 at the fitness course. Designed for all fitness levels, this new park feature combines calisthenics with isometric exercises to help users improve their cardiovascular health while increasing body strength and flexibility with movements such as bending, jumping, swinging, twisting or kicking, using only one’s body weight for resistance.
Does any one know how to use the situp station on the watchung ave side? It does not seem to be designed correctly.
