First Ward Councilor William Hurlock will host a community meeting on Thursday, August 27, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the Bellevue Avenue Branch of the Montclair Public Library, 185 Bellevue Avenue. Topics to be discussed will include matters specific to the First Ward as well as township issues in general. All are welcome to attend.
