Montclair Culinary Academy will be hosting summer culinary camp this year for ages 7 and up. Each 5–day week-long camp will feature a specific theme (so no two weeks will be the same) but each will include a great mix of learning, cooking and fun, featuring:
* Hands-on cooking instruction
* Technique training for junior chefs
* Fun cooking competitions with special MCA versions of Chopped Junior and Cupcake Wars
* Themed movie days – the food prepared will be found in these movies
Junior chefs will prepare their own lunches and picnic outside weather permitting.
Dates:
European Culinary Camp: July 18th – 22nd
The Americas Culinary Camp: August 1st – 5th
Asian Culinary Camp: August 15th – 19th
Class runs each day Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm at the Women’s Club, 82 Union St, Montclair NJ 07042. 10% discount on registration before May 15. More info here.
