Say au revoir to a great french restaurant in Montclair. Fricassée French Bistro, which opened at 6 Park Street in 2013 with great success, has closed.
The owner, Chef Mark Papera, who was also the original owner of Epernay in the same place in 2006, has closed the doors and put up a for sale sign.
Attempts to learn more from Papera have gone unanswered.
