Envy By Melissa Gorga, of RHONJ, the boutique at 609 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair is currently closed, but whether it’s temporary or permanent, isn’t clear. According to a Us Weekly Magazine article on January 3, Gorga’s boutique is closed temporarily because of a “difference of opinion” with her business partner, Jackie Beard Robinson. Gorga’s rep told the magazine that the shop will reopen with new inventory in the spring. The website claims the same thing, as does a sign on the storefront.
Gorga modeled inventory on the boutique’s Facebook page on December 30. She also tweeted the following response to a fan on January 3:
However, Robinson has reportedly gone into business with Kim DePaola, who owns a boutique in Allendale, NJ called Posche. DePaola told Us Weekly that Envy is closed and Posche will hold an Envy liquidation sale.
