Where do you live? I live in West Orange, just one street outside Montclair.
When did you move there? I moved to West Orange about 6 or 7 years ago, when my parents moved out of Montclair.
Where did you grow up? I grew up in Montclair on Grove Street, near Northeast School.
How do you make a living? OR What is your everyday passion?
I make a living making burgers. My every day passion is making burgers, and helping people. (Campeas owns Stuffed Grassfed Burgers on Valley Road in Montclair.)
Coffee, tea or … ? Coffee all the way. At least four cups a day or else I’m in trouble.
What’s your idea of a perfect weekend day?
My perfect weekend is golf in the morning, a Yankees game at night, and a good day of business at the store. Tiger Woods could fit into that day as well with a good round of golf to watch. Also, if there was a Bruce Springsteen concert then it could be my final day on Earth, and I would be cool with it.
What’s your favorite local restaurant?
Vital, Laboratorio, TS Ma. Any Deli. I could keep going it’s tough to choose. Depends on the day.
What’s on your nightstand? I have a light on my nightstand, and that’s it.
What are you listening to? I’m listening to Bruce Springsteen, and maybe throw some Bob Marley in there every once in a while.
What talent you would most like to have? I wish I was able to sing, so I could be a rock star like I always wanted to be.
