Don’t miss out on MFEE/MHS Guidance Life After High School Conference for teens and their caregivers on Saturday January 11th, 2020 in the George Innes Annex, 141 Park Street. This FREE event is open to all 8th – 12th graders.
It aims to give teens – and their parents! – inspiration, support and advice for navigating high school and post-high school life with confidence, creativity, and resilience.
Workshops will address: Finding Your Passion, Designing Your Comeback When Life Throws You a Curveball, Being Okay With Not Knowing Your Plan, Developing Support Networks, and Life isn’t Linear.
Teens can also explore “Try It!” workshops that teach them a new skill like mindfulness, financial literacy, and an interview bootcamp.
Parent workshops will address supporting the social and emotional health of teens…and of the parents who care for them!
