The Bloom will be hosting a Chalk The Street Event on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. with support from The Bloomfield Alliance, in coordination with @Lovlee Art Studio and Stephen Crooks.
Artist Stephen Crooks will be creating a “Black Lives Matter” text on Washington Street which locals are invited to come and fill in with patterns and creativity. A peaceful, family friendly event to demonstrate unity.
*Masks and Social Distancing is required.
If you are unable to attend the event, you can still participate by creating your own chalk art at home, posting on social and hashtagging #BLMchalksBloomfied!
Please bring your own chalk if you can; there will be some water handed out and a DJ!
