Cuban Pete’s in Montclair received a violation this weekend of Gov. Murphy’s executive order prohibiting indoor dining at restaurants. Montclair Police were called to the restaurant where they found indoor dining, according to New Jersey State Police Superintendent Pat Callahan who mentioned the offense during Gov. Murphy’s press briefing Monday. Montclair Police charged owner Dominick Restaino with violating the Executive Order.

It’s not the first time police have been called to Cuban Pete’s. The restaurant had an issue with selling sangria with alcohol in 2006 that caused police to raid the establishment.
