This Friday, New Jersey restaurants can reopen indoor dining at 25 percent capacity and with social distancing between tables, Gov. Phil Murphy announced Monday.

Reopening responsibly will help us restore one of our state’s key industries while continuing to make progress against COVID-19, Murphy said.

On June 15, the state reopened outdoor dining. On June 29, Murphy had paused plans to reopen indoor dining indefinitely, citing COVID-19 spikes in other states where indoor dining was reopened.
