On Saturday, October 23rd, The Montclair Foundation and Van Vleck House & Gardens were pleased to present each category winner of the Scarecrow Contest with $500 to the nonprofit of their choosing With 978 votes counted we could tell the community was passionate about their scarecrows. Councilman Peter Yacobellis was in attendance and was able to meet many of the creators of the scarecrows. Anne Mernin, Executive Director of Toni’s Kitchen, was thrilled to be the recipient of two donations from the winners!
