Studio Montclair is seeking entries for ViewPoints 2022, the 25th annual international juried exhibition at the Studio Montclair Gallery.
This year’s juror is Roger C. Tucker III, the founder and director of Tucker Contemporary Art. TCA works with collectors and institutions interested in acquiring, exhibiting, and promoting the work of emerging contemporary artists, according to a Studio Montclair press release.
Leveraging extensive experience in fine art, marketing, and education, Tucker advances the careers of African American and other underrepresented artists, academically trained or outside the mainstream, the press release said.
Submissions are due Sunday, Feb. 27, and notifications will be sent out during the week of March 13. The exhibit will run from April 23 to May 27 at the Studio Montclair Gallery, 127 Bloomfield Avenue. An opening reception will take place during the weekend of April 23.
