Montclair, NJ – To honor and thank members of the armed services this Veterans Day, Montclair Township Animal Shelter (MTAS) is proud to introduce their first annual Veterans adoption program with a $5 adoption fee for any shelter animal over one year of age.
Individuals and immediate families of individuals on active duty, reserves, and honorable discharge, along with service-disabled veterans and those retired from military service are eligible for this offer.
This event is presented by the kind, caring, and patriotic folks at FOMTAS (Friends of the Montclair Township Animal Shelter) and the Township of Montclair.
The program begins Saturday, Nov. 5th and runs through Saturday, Dec 3rd at the animal shelter located at 77 North Willow Street in Montclair, NJ. MTAS is open to the public 1pm to 4pm daily.
