If you draw, paint or just like to doodle, join the urban sketching groups of Studio Montclair and New Jersey Sketchers this Saturday, Sept. 9, to sketch the scene at the Montclair Jazz Festival’s Downtown Jamboree. Enjoy live sketching the jazz styling of greats like Regina Carter and Christian McBride, as well as taking in dozens of art and food vendors and the Family Jazz Discovery Zone. Meet up is at 1 pm at the Seymour Street Plaza in front of the Wellmont Theater; return at 3 pm to show and share what you’ve drawn. Your artwork may also be featured on Montclair Local.
