The Montclair Police Department, in collaboration with the Essex County Prosecutors Office, are investigating an alleged incident of inappropriate touching reported by a member of the Montclair Board of Education Central Office team.
“As with all allegations that are sexual in nature, the incident has been referred to the Essex County Prosecutors Office Special Victims Unit for review,” said Lieutenant Terence Turner, Montclair Police Department.
“The District does not comment on personnel matters. All processes and procedures were followed,” said Superintendent Dr. Jonathan Ponds.
