Montclair native and editor at The Times of Israel Miriam Herschlag will give a talk about her experience living in Israel on Saturday, Jan. 8 via Zoom.

Herschlag's talk, hosted by Bnai Keshet, will begin at 11 a.m. and is open to all. To attend the talk, visit this Zoom link. Herschlag grew up in Montclair where her late parents, Sondra and Irwin, were among Bnai Keshet's founders. She is the opinion and blogs editor at The Times of Israel in Jerusalem where she oversees the largest and most diverse platform of first-person content in Jewish publishing, according to a Bnai Keshet announcement

Herschlag can be heard on "The Promised Podcast", a weekly program on current events and cultural trends in Israel, and she co-founded the "WhyWhyWhy!" storytelling live event and podcast. She also served as education and training manager at Given Imaging, an Israeli medical device company, and before that was an editor, anchor and reporter for the Israel Broadcast Authority's radio and TV English news.
