Culture in brief: Ambulance fundraiser on July 13

There will be a fundraiser and concert for the Montclair Ambulance Unit on Saturday, July 13, at 8:30 p.m., at Tierney’s Tavern, 138 Valley Road.

The fundraiser has been put together by an advocacy group, raising money to have a second ambulance fully staffed; right now there is only one ambulance, which runs 24/7.

The group, spearheaded by Montclair Moms, is also running a GoFundMe at gf.me/u/surtpj. All proceeds from the concert and fundraising page go to the MAU.
