Montclair High School seniors, Kiya Lawson and Elizabeth Fitzgerald, collected medals at the June 18th State Meet of Champions at Franklin High School. Lawson won the 200-meter state title and came in second in the 100-meter race. Fitzgerald finished second in the state in the pole vault.
The Montclair Kimberley softball team finished with a 10-10 mark, and qualified for the state playoffs. They also won a game in the Prep B Tournament, 10-0, over Morristown Beard on May 9.
Despite a young team Montclair Kimberley girls lacrosse finished with a 10-10 record and went a couple rounds in all of the tournaments, Essex County, Prep B and the state tournament.

Montclair KImberley baseball team could not repeat a comeback against Gill St. Bernard's in the Non Public North B quarterfinals, falling 7-4, on Friday, June 3. The Cougars came from behind earlier in the season to defeat Gill St. Bernard's, 8-7, in the Prep B Tournament.
Montclair Kimberley girls track and field team ran away with the Prep B meet, tallying 111 points, almost 40 points ahead of second place, Villa Walsh on May 23 at Newark Academy. The MKA boys team came in second in the Prep B standings, only behind Newark Academy.
Despite an almost two-hour weather delay, Montclair Kimberley boys lacrosse advanced to the Non Public B state finals with a 12-10 victory over Princeton Day at home on Saturday, May 28 in the semi-finals. The Cougars travel to Rutgers Prep on Wednesday, June 1 in the title game.
