Culture in brief: ‘Enjoying Life after Menopause’

On Wednesday, March 14, at 10:30 a.m. and again at 7 p.m., Dr. Aurora DeJuliis, Montclair internist, longevity and nutrition expert, is giving a free community talk, "Enjoying Life After Menopause" at the Park Street YMCA, 25 Park St. Attendees can expect to "learn how to reclaim their youth, well-being and confidence after menopause," a release states. As a doctor, mother, grandmother who has gone through menopause, DeJuliis will cover topics including female hormones, body shape changes, diet, lifestyle and exercise, sexual and vaginal health.
