Daniel Bennett Group to perform at Montclair Art Museum Fall Fest

The Montclair Art Museum Fall Fest, an all-day free event celebrating the re-opening of the museum, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

New York saxophonist Daniel Bennett and his group The Daniel Bennett Group will headline the event at 6:30 p.m. The Daniel Bennet Group will release its new album, "New York Nerve" and will play music from that album.

Daniel Bennett will be joined by master percussionist Koko Bermejo on drums and keyboard and renowned pianist Jenny Xu.

The Montclair Art Museum Fall Fest will also have performances by Alfred Gallman's Newark Dance Theater, Jazz House Kids, Montclair Orchestra, Montclair State Jazz Combo, Parents Who Rock, School of Rock Montclair and others.
