Free Career Coaching

Join United Way Family-Sustaining Employment for our free career coaching program that provides professionals with an opportunity to learn techniques for success in the workplace and on the job search. Our coaches meet with job seekers for one-on-one sessions that help with in-depth skill assessments, tips for acing job interviews and networking, updating résumés, alternative career options, and more.
Our volunteer coaches are available on select dates every month by appointment only.
All appointments are held at United Way of Northern New Jersey’s office in Montclair, located at 60 South Fullerton Avenue.
