Hello, friends! Ryan Gervasi of RG Freedom Flow Yoga will be teaching/hosting a FREE, OUTDOOR yoga class on Saturday, September 19th.
Location/Time: Edgemont Memorial Park – Montclair, NJ 10:30am-11:45am
(for driving directions, use the address 274 Valley Road, Montclair)
Join me on a beautiful morning & let’s learn from each other as we seek to grow our sense of community. It’s going to be a fun & revitalizing experience! Get ready to try something different, make new friends & breathe in the cleansing fresh air. I hope to see both new & familiar faces — feel free to invite your friends & family (this class will be great for beginner & intermediate levels). All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel or mat, and a smile.
