Gift to the Community – Kids Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Wednesday and Saturday, repeating until October 14, 2020
This outdoor class for children ages 6-12 meets at various Montclair parks combining mindfulness and movement while giving children tools to find their center and navigate this unprecedented school year. Activities include building mindfulness skills through pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga pose freeze dance, gratitude sharing with singing bowls, anatomy identification, singing and chanting, and internal weather pattern discussion with moments of silence.
