No Boundaries Second Step 8k Training Program

Take your training to the next level! This program is designed for those who are new to the 8k distance (5 mile) and/or looking for more intensity in their current program.
Training starts at 2 miles. Participants should be able to comfortably run/walk 2 miles.
Our program prepares you for our goal race, the Ashenfelter 8k Classic on Thanksgiving Day morning, November 26th. The race is optional.
Group meets twice weekly for 8 weeks:
Wednesdays – 6:30pm at Verona Park
Saturday – 8am at Fleet Feet Sports
