Prenatal Yoga – Sundays this Fall

Prenatal Yoga provides space to safely embrace the changes of pregnancy both in mind and body, slow down and connect with baby, and build community with other parents-to-be.
Participants will learn to stretch, move, and relax in ways that safely support the changes of mind and body throughout their pregnancy.
