Come Create Your Vision Board and Drink Vino with Friends!
At the Vision and Vino workshop, you will be guided through a process to create your own personal vision board to activate your hopes and dreams. Using magazines, you will cut out words and images that inspire you and represent what you want to create in your life. Vision boards are collaging with a purpose.
According to research, visualization works because neurons in our brains interpret imagery as equivalent to a real-life action. This creates a new neural pathway — clusters of cells in our brain that work together to create memories or learned behaviors — that primes our body to act in a way consistent with what we imagined. Visualization also has been proven to increase performance and reduce stress.
