Saturday, Dec. 7 - A 25-year-old Paterson man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Park Street.

Saturday, Dec. 7 - A 54-year-old Montclair man was arrested on North Fullerton Avenue after he was found to have a warrant issued by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department in Pennsylvania. 

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

Saturday,  Dec. 7 - The owner of a 2017 BMW 530 reported that his vehicle was stolen on Glenridge Avenue. 

THEFT

Tuesday, Dec. 3 - A man reported that an electric keyboard valued at $3,500 was stolen from his vehicle on Lexington Avenue.

Tuesday, Dec. 3 - A woman reported that over $300 of her property, including clothing, makeup and cash, was stolen from her vehicle on Greenwood Avenue. The vehicle had been left unlocked prior to the incident.

Wednesday, Dec. 4 - A vehicle owner reported that his unlocked vehicle had been rummaged through on Maple Avenue. A change purse containing $2 was stolen.

Wednesday, Dec. 4 - An employee of the ACME on Valley Road reported that a person shoplifted approximately $15 in merchandise.

Thursday, Dec. 5 - A CVS employee of the CVS on Claremont Avenue reported that two males shoplifted approximately $1,775 worth of non-prescription medicine from the store.

Saturday, Dec. 7 - A Central Avenue property owner reported that a package containing approximately $29 worth of clothing was stolen from his property.

Saturday, Dec. 7 - A package at a Church Street address, containing approximately $30 in merchandise, was stolen.

Sunday, Dec. 8 - A man reported that a window to his vehicle, which was parked on Glenridge Avenue, was smashed with a brick. A backpack containing school supplies was stolen from the vehicle.

Monday, Dec. 9 - A Hawthorne Place resident reported that packages containing almost $1,800 in merchandise were stolen from his porch.

Monday, Dec. 9 - A Glenridge Avenue property owner reported that a package containing $50 worth of merchandise was stolen from her property.

Monday, Dec. 9 - Two Church Street residents reported packages stolen from outside their apartments. One contained containing approximately $57 in merchandise, the other approximately $223 in merchandise. Security footage retrieved from outside the apartment building shows a possible suspect: a black male, 20s to 30s in age, wearing a light-colored hat, dark-colored shirt, light-colored pants and carrying an umbrella.

Monday, Dec. 9 - A vehicle owner reported that their vehicle, which was parked on Claremont Avenue, was rummaged through and an envelope containing $600 was stolen. It is unknown if the vehicle was locked prior to the theft.

VANDALISM

Wednesday, Dec. 4 - A Nishuane Road resident reported that the tires to two vehicles parked in her driveway were slashed.
