Gigi “tripod” is a 5 to 6-year-old lab mix. She recently had to undergo amputation of her left leg due to a soft tissue mass that affected her gait and prevented her from putting weight on the leg. The results from the biopsies are as good. The tissue mass was low-grade, and with the removal of the leg, should not recur and she can lead a normal life. She gets around like it's nothing.

Gigi is sweet, and initially, a little shy. She is house broken and crate trained. She’s very calm, but has a super wiggly and playful side to her as well. She can take a little longer to warm up to men and can be protective of her person. PAWS was told she had lived with a woman all her life. She’s up-to-date on shots and spayed.
