ARRESTS
Wednesday, Nov. 20—A 35-year-old Montclair man was charged with theft after detectives found him to be in possession of a package delivered to a resident of The Crescent. The man was also found to have warrants for his arrest issued by the Essex County Sheriff’s Office, Wayne and West Orange.
Sunday, Nov. 24—A 43-year-old Emerson man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Park Street.
Tuesday, Nov. 26—A 43-year-old Paterson man was arrested on Bloomfield Avenue when it was determined that he had warrants issued by Clifton, Fairfield and North Bergen.
BURGLARY/THEFT
Wednesday, Nov. 20—A complainant on North Willow Street reported that a 22-foot ladder, valued at $747, was stolen.
Thursday, Nov. 21—A Grove Street resident reported that a package containing approximately $375 in merchandise was stolen.
Monday, Nov. 25—A complainant on Fulton Street reported that $900 in cash and two iPods, and various clothing and accessories were stolen from his vehicle, which he believes he left unlocked prior to the theft.
SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
Friday, Nov. 22—An Elston Road resident reported hearing a loud banging noise at the rear of his residence. Upon inspecting the source of the noise, the resident may have seen two individuals running up his driveway. He could provide no description of the individuals other than that they were possibly wearing dark-colored clothing.
VANDALISM
Tuesday, Nov. 26—A complainant on Chestnut Street reported that his vehicle was scratched, possibly by a key or tool of some sort.
