Police are looking for the public's help in locating a Montclair man who police said shot and wounded a man Saturday night on Bloomfield Avenue and Mission Street.

Police have named 28-year-old Rueben Moore, of Montclair, as the suspect in the shooting.

On Nov. 17, 7 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Bloomfield Avenue and Mission Street on a report of shots fired.

Officers found a 26-year-old Montclair man with gun shot wounds on the floor of Finest Cuts Unisex barber shop. After being shot on Bloomfield Avenue, he made his way into the barber shop, where he collapsed, police said.

Officers rendered medical aid before the victim was transported to Mountainside Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition, police said.

Through investigation, Montclair detectives identified Moore as the suspected shooter. He has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses.
