New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin stopped by for a brief visit with the Montclair Police Department on June 14.

Prior to making his way to the office for the day, Platkin (in photo, wearing tie) advised Chief Todd Conforti that he’d like to stop by to simply say hello and thank the men and women of the MPD.

Platkin shook hands during the informal meet and greet in the rear lot of police headquarters and expressed his appreciation for their hard work, professionalism and dedication, vowing his continued support.

Conforti, Deputy Chief Wilhelm Young, police officers and Mayor Sean Spiller welcomed Platkin.
