Obituary: Fulvia Cocja

Fulvia Cocja (nee Colella), 87, of Morris Township, died in her home on Sept. 17, 2019. 

Mrs. Cocja was born in Alexandria, Egypt on June 30, 1932 to the late Nicola and Elvira (Allegra) Colella. 

Before her retirement in 2001, Mrs. Cocja worked for the Montclair Board of Education for over 25 years.

Mrs. Cocja was predeceased by her sister Angelina R. Semine.

She is survived by her husband, Nicolas G. Cocja, her children Robert Cocja and Paul Cocja grandson James Cocja, her sister Marisa Meramo and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Sunday, Sept. 22 at Santangelo Funeral Home in Woodland Park. A funeral service was offered on Monday, Sept. 23 at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Little Falls. Burial followed at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Montclair.
