
Oratorio Society of NJ to hold annual ‘Messiah’ sing-along
The Oratorio Society of New Jersey will hold its annual “Messiah” sing-along on Tuesday, Dec. 14, at 7:30 p.m. at Central Presbyterian Church.
OSNJ will sing Part I of George Frideric Handel’s “Messiah,” as well as the “Hallelujah” chorus from Part II. The group will be led by music director and conductor Sándor Szabó.
Audience members are invited to sing in the choruses. Attendees can bring their own scores or borrow them. Admission is free, but there is a suggested donation of $10.
All attendees must provide proof of full vaccination. Unvaccinated children under 12
must show negative PCR tests from the prior 72 hours. All attendees must wear masks that cover their mouths and noses at all times, and seating arrangements will comply with social distancing guidelines.
